Backup incomplete

Hi All -
When doing my nightly Exchange backup I receive the following error from
Arcserve "E3714 Unable to write to media. (MEDIA=8, EC=CARTRIDGE NOT IN
PLACE)". I had seen somewhere that I needed to change the setting somewhere
in the SCSI bios but don't know how to go about doing it. If anyone has
experienced this same problem, I would really appreciate you help.
