Below is the exact error message.
Error 0xfffffdec starting Storage Group
/DC=LOCAL/DC=UKDATA/CN=CONFIGURATION/CN=SERVICES/CN=MICROSOFT EXCHANGE/CN=UK
DATA/CN=ADMINISTRATIVE GROUPS/CN=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE
GROUP/CN=SERVERS/CN=MICKEYMOUSE/CN=INFORMATIONSTORE/CN=FIRST STORAGE GROUP on
the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.

What does the Event Log say when you try to mount the store?
Does the Event log say anything about replaying transaction logs after the
restore - was this successful?
