Automatically Sweeping pre-formatted mails into any newly created mailbox

Please assist. I have series of mails prepared. I want all these mails to
be automatically forwarded/sent into any new e-mail box I create on the
system. I do not know how to achieve this. It is an extremely URGENT
assignment. Please assist. I need you to tell me the steps to take to
achieve this.
