Personally I have not tried this.

On Outlook client, there are a number of Outlook add-on
out there, can't remember all the names...
I used the one provided by Microgarden,
it is free. Work on Outlook 2000, have not try it
on Outlook 2002 yet.

Hi All, using Exchange 2000, is there a way to turn off the automatic
sending of delivery and read receipts when Internet (external) email
requests them? Thanks. Kelli
