Attachment messages are sending late

Dear Admins,

                  My exchange server box takes too long time to send
messages, those are having attachments. Empty messages are sending
immediately. I am having AVG Exchange support anti virus. Do you have any
idea or suggessions. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
