Well, that could be due to the author making an error and not getting around
to fixing it yet :-)

Give the Default permission "Contributor" access and clear the folder
visible checkbox.

See if that helps.

I have followed the tutorial on setting up the Public folder repository for
all exchange email, however when I apply the browse setting naming the the
repository for the store I get from 4 to 6 emails show up then it stops
getting any more additions.
