Have you got antigen on the machine if so have you made the correct reg changes?

Hi All,
After I applied SP3 in my Exchange 2000 box, I started getting the
following weird message which is generated almost every second. I tried
all the possible methods but none solved the problem. I even uninstalled
and reinstalled the service pack but the problem remained the same.
I also tried lodctr......command which is didn't help. Please help me.
