Easy,
give the chap a new SMTP mail addy, set this one as Primary but don't
delete the old one....

What is the recommended practice for a name change of an employee who has
outside email and possibly set up on a few list serves? I want to rename
the account, and the email addy, but do not want to have a multitude of
NDR's after the old email account addy is changed.
