I agree on eTrust Antivirus. CA seems to have done a very good job to be on
top of things. I currently use MailMarshal for Exchange. It does take a lot
of tweaking and monitoring though. If you can dedicate the time, it's cheap
and it does a fantastic job. If you can't, look at something else.
