RE: An easy one-I suppose!

Under Active Directory and Computers create an OU under your main OU called 
Contacts.
 
Under Contacts...right click in the OU and create a contact...modify it's email 
address.  Voila...done.  Contact should now be listed in the GAL

I have failed to figure out how to add contacts (say and internet mail address) 
into my exchange 2000 so I can access them from the address book.
