Exchange 5.5:

System manager - Select Mailbox to forward - Properties - Delivery
Options - Bottom of dialog box is a space to forward to another email
address. You can also have a copy of the message reside in the orginal
inbox and to the forwarding address.

Exchange 2000

Active Directory Users & Loosers - Right click user - Exchange General -
Delivery Options. Same as above.

Chris,
I do this all the time. I'm using Outlook 2000 right now but also did it
within Outlook 97. In outlook select Tools and then Rules wizard. I have
a rule set to forward everything to an external email account.

Is it possible to give users the ability to have their email forwarded
to an Internet account? I know this may be frowned upon, but I need to
know if it can be done within Exchange or with any 3rd party add-ons.

Thanks
Chris
