Administrator accounts in multiple domains

Sorry to bother you all again, just need a bit of
advice about "best practice" when it comes to multiple
admin accounts in the same forest and naming them.
Have a parent and 2 child domains. All three have
admin accounts and all three will have to be able to
receive mail. However at this point we have an address
list with 3 administrators in and no way to
diferentiate between them. What is the best practice
for managing this?
