Al, In Active Directory Users & Computers, locate the user to hide. Select properties, Exchange Advanced and ensure the "Hide from Exchange Address Book" box is checked. Hope this helps. I'm running Exchange 2000 server. I have some users that I don't want to show their name in the default address list. I know that I was able to do it under Exchange 5.5, but I can't find how to do it under 2k. Anyone can help me please? ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: rhite@xxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') ------------------------------------------ The information contained in this e-mail message may be privileged, confidential, and protected from disclosure.
