Al,

In Active Directory Users & Computers, locate the user to hide. Select
properties, Exchange Advanced and ensure the "Hide from Exchange Address Book"
box is checked.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [exchangelist] Address list

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi. I'm running Exchange 2000 server. I have some users that I don't want
to show their name in the default address list. I know that I was able to
do it under Exchange 5.5, but I can't find how to do it under 2k. Anyone
can help me please?
