Hi Raheal, Exchange and Outlook Clients are capable of performing something called ANR ( Ambiguous Name Resolution ) and this feature is turned on by default. I dont think this name resolution is through some cache, it is from the GAL and it displays the name matching the Ambiguous Name. I have no idea if this feature can be disabled in Outlook 2002. If I will email a friend called Mark Paterson, wen I write Mark, Outlook displays Mark Paterson, Mark Anderson... What I want? I wanna delete some old email from this "cache". It's possible?
