In 5.5 also, it is not by default. You can add/open others mailboxes in 5.5
and 2000 only in Service Account's mailbox. If Administrator is not the
service account for exchange, it will not be able to open other's mailboxes
in it.

Dear all,
I have a problem in win2000, how can I add all mailboxes in Administrator's
mailbox. it is adding but when I try to open error message comes.
Please tell me if there is any option for it. bcoz in 5.5 its by default. we
can add any mailbox in adminitrator's mailbox.
