Is there user logon different than their alias? If so, what made you take
that direction? What is the significance of using logon name for their
email address within your organization?

As for adding additional addresses, yes you would use the same recipient
policy and add secondary addresses. For syntax, check out the help files.

Subject: [exchangelist] Adding additional email address' on account creation

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi,

Wonder if someone can help. I've got a child domain that sits under the
parent domain (with the exchange server in it). I added a recipient policy
in order to give accounts with email address' in the child domain the
correct address. I now have <alias>@childdomain.name which is great. However
I'd like to add other address formats as default without having to manually
add them per account. For example I'd like to add: <User logon
name>@childdomain.name.
Do I add this to the recipient policy? And if so, whats the method and
syntax?

Many thanks,

Huw Jenkins
