You can add them to Active Directory as a CONTACT, and then select SMTP to
enter an smtp email address. They will show in the GAL with a globe next to
the entry, designating them as a 'global contact'.

Subject: [exchangelist] Adding a list of foreign email addresses to an
address list

Does anybody know how I can add a list of email address of people outside
my Exchange organization to my Exchange 2000 server so that my users can
select from the address book to send them mail? I want to keep the
address list in a central location so that when changes are made, they are
updated globally.
