There is a file you can download from the Microsoft site and a procedure
how you can make a disclaimer on Ex2000 without any registry hack or
without any 3rd party product.

There are only 2 ways.  One is a registry Hack.  The other is to
purchase a program (i.e. mail essentials from GFI) that will do it for
you.  I can get you the link if you want info on the registry hack.

How can I add a footer (in my case it's a disclaimer) to each mail
message passing through IMS in my Exchange Server 5.5. Also how do I
achieve the same in MS Exchange 2000
