Accessing The BadMail Directory Files

I'm trying to find out if there's a way (via ODBC, perferably) to access
the "BadMail" directory in Exchange 2k server. What I'm trying to do, is
to automatically build a database to house all the bad emails, so I can
then delete them from the contacts lists. I know that these files are .BAD
and .BDR - is there an ODBC driver to access these files?
Anyone have any ideas on how to approach this?
