Check if client A has enabled any fitlers in the view of the Inbox. If
client B can see all messages abd client A cannot see some messages, it must
be a problem with client A's Outlook settings. One more test. Login as
client A to a different worksatation and try to access the client B Inbox.

Dear Friend,

I have a problem on open additional Mailbox. "A" client have grant the
right to access "B" client mailbox. So "A" client use Outlook 97 to select
open the additional mailbox. Then the problem come that the content(inbox)
in client "A" who is client "B" is not the same as client "b" 's mailbox.
That mean some mail are missing.But if client "B" 's mailbox is no missing
when open with his account.

Can some one answer me?
