RE: AW: RE: cannot connect to exchange server

I have the same problem on my workstation. 
Ive tried all that i could think. When the profile is created or changed, and i 
try to check the username, it says it can find the exchange server.
Everyother machine works fine, same user on other workstation is working, i can 
ping, use OWA, etc.
Tried reinstalling Office, changing IP. All i have left is reinstall OS...

Have you tried to delete your profile in Outlook and create a new one ?

yes i can ping the exchange server. I can login to my account using OWA from 
the same workstation.

can you ping the email server?  any other servers?  You're sure you're on the 
network?

Hi,
I have a wierd problem.This is the background. I havea Windows XP Pro machine 
with Outlook 2002 running. For some reason I had to run a Windows XP repair 
from the CD. After which my Outlook stopped connecting to the exchange server 
for some unknown reason. I tried it for a different user from the same machine. 
Finally I also changed my machine IP and also the machine name. Still the 
problem continued. Also tried uninstalling Office 2002 and installing it back 
... problem continues.
Can somebody help me with this .... please ...
