Maybe the user has a POP3 client running at home ? Or somewhere else ?

I checked client outlook express is not configured for any accounts.As i

said i change the client password i.e some other person or process cant 
receive mail without supplying password and still mails are coming to 
mailbox and in 2-3 seconds they are disappearing...
