AD Failure and Exchange 2000

I lost my only DC (bad mistake on my part to only have one) with a
hardware failure. My backups are bad as well. My exchange 2000 server is
installed on a seperate machine and is not accessible. Do I have any
options in moving this server to a new domain? My gut feel is NO. But I
thought that I would ask anyway. It's a very small system (my home
system) so that would explain why I don't have a recovery paln in place.
Any suggestions?
