I would disable AV and winproxy if thats what you meant any other
services that may affect Exchange to determine isolate the issue. Did
you install anything in the last two days or make any changes?

Hi all
Recently I installed windows SBS2000 server but after two days I am
getting problem with CPU usage, store.exe & win3proxy talking almost 100
% usage of my Server. Could you please help me to solve this problem?
