552 Errors - Please help

Hi All -

One of my user's was contacted due to non-delivery of email sent to him. The user trying to send the email gets the following error:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.#5.5.0 smtp;552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation>

There are no limits set on this users mailbox.
