550 relaying denied madness

Can anyone shed light on the "550 relaying denied error"? Our company has
just installed the Symantec for SMTP Gateways and exchange 2003 on
seperate machines on our network. Incoming mail is fine. Outgoing mail is
making it to some domains. However a few domains (earthlink, sbcglobal)
are rejecting our mail saying the 550 relaying denied error. Anyone have
any ideas on this? COuld it be a firewall issue (ISA Server)? Or... Thanks
for any attempts to help resolve this.
