Check the Outlook Profile and look if two transports are configured to
the same Exchange Server (Pop3,SMTP and MAPI Microsoft Exchange Server).

 

From Outlook you could use only one transport method

Hi Bob,

Might be a corrupt Outlook profile. Try to recreate the users Outlook
profile. I've seen very similar things before.
