[ExchangeList] 501 5.5.4 invalid address

Recently one of the user cannot receive email from a
specific domain and the user on that domain will
receives following error:
"unexpected response to ehlo/helo:501 5.5.4 invalid
address"
I've searched for it and find the following link:

Shall I apply this solution? Can anyone confirm the
validity of this solution?
