Check http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=284204 for details on SMTP error
codes and some guidance on troubleshooting.  5.5.0 is a pretty generic code
usually meaning the target mailbox isn't there or isn't available.

Are you seeing this to a specific domain, or to specific users, or just
everywhere?  Obviously you can send mail, so is there a common thread?
