1 user who could send but can't receive email

I don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot. I have SBS2k and have
GFI for my spam control. I have one user that can send mail both
locally and abroad but can't receive mail from neither. I checked the
SMTP queue and it is filling up with just mail that is directed to him.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
