Hi @all,
For the unlikely possibility, that anyone in fact updated ewiki from the
CVS regularily, I just want to announce, that this is currently a bad idea;
because the ewiki_format() (wiki2html transform kernel) is in a state of
flux and not working correctly now. (Namely the list markup does not work,
but it didn't before either.)
It is planned to make it FULLY COMPATIBLE to the previous one (in fact only
little of the transformation code changed), but this will take another week
and therefore I ask anybody interested in updates to then download yesterdays
-dev release "R1.01c4" meanwhile (which already contains most of the latest
additions).
The new _format() will, btw, get a lot more complicated; but this is
necessary to finally add proper support for <pre> and <html> blocks. Then
most of the markup plugins need to be rewritten, and this will also take
a while.

If I remember correctly, someone complaint about the tools/ being
unintegrated, and this was the original intend to add StaticPages support.
This is probably also, why spages now can deal nicely with the tools/
But anyhow, we could add another optional [AdminTools] or [ControlCenter]
plugin for easier access and better integration (the separate 't_config'
has few advantages).
Happy New %Y,
mario
