Personally I like the ! == h4 option, but on my company's installation I've
been asked to run with ! == h2. Swapping ! and !!! markup can be done with
the help of the markup/update_format.php plugin.
The swap between header levels is very easy to code, just edit the markup
definition. I think a note on how to do this for this and other effects
would be a good addition to the documentation and more serviceable than the
addition of a new option.
