[ewiki] looking for hack to upload under "realname.bin" outside db

Hi!

Sorry to have bothered you w/ my question yesterday. I knew that there was 
somehthing like /fragments/patches/uploadfilenames, but I didn't find it, 
though I looked carefully.

But unfortunatly the patch doesn't work for me, using
* plugins/db/binary_store.php
* with EWIKI_DB_STORE_URL='/cms/'

So I also have to change w/in binary_store.php. But what? And how?
