I'm going to be sending up some comments on ewiki.php as I merge, this is a
small one, the larger ones are in another E-mail on the other screen :-)


In ewiki_make_title() there is a line:

      $title = ewiki_split_title($title, $ewiki_config["split_title"],
0&($title!=$ewiki_title));   

What is the 0& doing here?
