[ewiki] bug in linking SomePage#SomeSection from OtherPage

Hello!

When having an anchor [#SomeSection] on the page [SomePage] I can link to it 
from w/in [SomePage] by [.#SomeSection] or [SomePage#SomeSection]. But I 
can't link from [OtherPage] by [SomePage#SomeSection]. 

The problem seems, that when the URL is parsed, ewiki isn't looking for 
anchors. On the other hand it does work, when I enter the URL by hand (or 
just hit enter, since the correct URL is actually shown) - then it jumps to 
the correct position.
