[ewiki] Targets.php not working?

I'm trying to use tartgets.php so I can set a target=_SELF on some links. I've 
included the file & verified that it is loading properly, but it isn't 
working. [[target:_SELF : http://www.dawgdayz.com]] results in  
[target:_SELF : http://www.dawgdayz.com?]being dsiplayed (ie. it's showing up 
as an unrecognized wikiword). I've tried various variations on the link 
format (spacing, = instead of :), but I always get the same result. Any idea 
what the problem is?
