[ewiki] README.auth not available?

Hey,

looking up information about authentication, I found that the file
'plugins/auth/README.auth' is not available in the latest (1.02b) release?

Also, the wiki page "ProtectedMode" [1] gives php errors:
        Warning: fopen(ProtectedMode): failed to open stream: No such file or
        directory in 
/home/groups/e/er/erfurtwiki/htdocs/plugins/page/README.php on
        line 28
