[ewiki] R1.01d bug at binary-save?

Hi!

A COMMENT: Mario and Andy, I find your file-system-idea a very useful addition 
to the current ewiki features! 

A PROBLEM: Since having made several changes in my code the last days, I just 
installed R1.01d from scratch (tonights tarball is empty once again) and ran 
into the following error/warning, when uploading an image/binary:

Warning: Missing argument 1 for ewiki_script() in /neuro/vol/neuro/web/htdocs/
cms/ewiki.php on line 767
                 
The link to the uploaded file works, thought.

Some of my settings that might be relevant:
* EWIKI_DB_STORE_URL not set
* EWIKI_DB_STORE_DIRECTORY='data/' 
* without plugins/db/binary_store.php

Even though it's just a warning, debugging might solve another problem I have.
