I've uploaded the LiveUser plugins into CVS (dir is /plugins/auth-liveuser).

And changed your README to tell where to find the full copy - with the PEAR
LiveUser zip. If you really need to use a patched LiveUser package, we could
of course add a "external libs" download section for this - but we should
then denote the patch by stating version number "LiveUser_0.9.1-ew.zip".
The ewiki.log viewer plugin is now also uploaded, and I've separated the
backlinks list generation part out of ewiki_page_links() like you suggested.
And your revised subpages plugin also arrived in CVS.

Not at all. I try to change code as soon as patches arrive. But of course I
also have a ToDoList where I collect submitted ideas and the more complicated
stuff (to be done a year later...)
