[ewiki] Re: LiveUser Plugin Set Release

I wanted to get a version out so I shipped the zip. Everything in
it will be needed to setup the current version because we are taking some
LiveUser fixes from CVS. If you would be so kind as to separate out the
LiveUser classes (they are in an internal zip) and check in our actual
contributions in to the eWiki CVS that would be great. Can you put just the
internal LiveUser zip file up on the SF download site until we get a new
release from them? Unfortunately none of their current releases mesh
perfectly though we could go with a "release X and patch" instead of the
full copy. I prefer the full copy myself.
