[ewiki] "FrontPage" as default? and new InitPages: wiki

I've finally managed to set up the InitPages: wiki on
http://ewiki.berlios.de/initpages/ - because our distributed
init-pages/ have always been that outdated, they are now
separated out for easier editing (that bunch of pages will be
transferred into CVS on occasion).

A pending question is, if we should rename the default page
from "ErfurtWiki" to "FrontPage" - most other WikiWare uses
that page name.
