[ewiki] Edit page text

Would you consider removing the additional text from the wiki edit
page?  These would be better added by the placing our own messages, if
any directly in the index.php file.

This stuff:

"It is GoodStyle to just start writing. With WikiMarkup you can style
your text later." 

"Please do not write things, which may make other people angry. And
please keep in mind that you are not all that anonymous in the internet
(find out more about your computers 'IP address' at Google)."
