[ewiki] CVS Up! Liveuser plugins updated

I just got through to the CVS server, I am updating my LiveUser Plugins
presently.  New features include:

* Login attempts and failed logins are logged
* Cracklib messages are included in the change password page as a
comment
* The preference plugin is enabled by default
* perm filtering has been improved
* more default perms are created in setup
* the user's gui now integrates cracklib where available
* subgroup support has been removed for now
* new pages are now detected by detecting $data['id'] but not
$data['content'] in an EWiki_auth call
* a logic defect was fixed in the page manage 
* default rights handlers now pass $data by reference for speed and
memory efficiency
* and other minor changes.
