[ewiki] Atom 1.0, RSS plugin fixed

I've reworked the RSS/Atom-feed plugin. It now supports Atom 1.0
(and correctly this time) instead of 0.3 (ripped out completely
now), because that is almost accepted as new Internet-standard
(IETF).

The plugin itself was changed to be less ewiki-specific and a lot
of bugs were fixed in the other supported formats (RSS 0.91, RSS
2.0, RDF-RSS-1.0, and text/plain-RSS3.0) as well.

Needs more testing though, and it is still only in CVS, so you'll
have to download it from there (including the fixed core script)
