An article on anti-bullying policies in the UK school system in today's
BBC UK online edition http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/4027089.stm.
What attracted my attention was the following sentence:
"Charles Clarke's determination to require every school to take in
poorly behaved pupils means that Labour are guaranteeing a yob in every
playground and a thug in every classroom."
Charles Clarke is Limor Livnat's British opposite number.
Looks like the British are just starting the uphill battle that we have
been fighting for quite a few years.
