[etni] vacation mode

Hi all,

This is to remind you that you can ask me to change your ETNI subscription 
status to "vacation mode", if you want to temporarily stop receiving ETNI 
mail while on vacation.

Please send me a message the day, or day before, you want me to turn 
vacation mode on, and then send me another message to turn it off when you 
are ready to receive ETNI mail again.
