[etni] update telephones

If anyone tries to use the program I recommended to update their cell phone
numbers in Outlook, make sure you back up your data first by doing "export
to file" first. I saved it both as "Separated by Commas" and "Excel File".
After I updated by cell phone numbers, it turned out that all the regular
numbers had disappeared! I needed to then import the back-up file to restore
the regular numbers. I think the download included instructions for this,
but I ignored them. Fortunately, I had most of my numbers duplicated on
another computer, so I was able to do the restore.
