i'm looking for a tutor for an academic, about to finish his doctorate in 
international relations, with excellent reading and listening comprehension 
skill, but practically no outout skills. His goal is to improve oral and 
writing skills so as to allow him to express himself in academic situations, 
and possibly in a post-doc position in a top university in the US.
