As I wrote earlier, working hard on the day of the Bagrut is part of our job
Maybe what wasn't clear is that I think that if we are professional this is
what we should be doing. Teaching isn't a 9 to 5 job !!! If you want to be a
teacher(in my opinion) you must go into with your whole heart and soul.
Extra hours at school , talking to parents in the evening, preparing lessons
and checking work are all part and parcel of our profession. I don't want
to comment on Dovrat as I am not sure I understand it yet .. HOWEVER, I don
t think every change is bad..I accept that on the day of the Bagrut I will
work hard and not be paid extra. I agree with Mitiz that things even out in
the end as sometimes lessons are canceled etc... .. That's all.. Happy New
Year to all!! Aviva
