No, it won't. Like with the previous poll, where the majority of the
respondents reported a greater or lesser degree of dissatisfaction
with / opposition to the existing assessment system, I have no doubt
this poll will demonstrate the growing dissent. I wonder how long it
will take the [attribute removed] ministry to realize that no reform
can occur if the workforce that is supposed to carry it out is deeply
opposed to the reform itself and the body imposing it.
